Town & Gown is a historic ballroom on the University Park Campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, established in 1935. Situated at the center of the university's storied campus, the venue blends its nearly century-long heritage with contemporary elegance, making it a distinctive setting for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations. The main ballroom spans 6,426 square feet with 15-foot ceilings and is illuminated by ten Schonbek crystal chandeliers. It accommodates up to 420 guests for banquet-style dinners and up to 600 for standing receptions. In our rustic Italian Cucina, we can comfortably seat 50 people and provide a variety of pre-fixed menus to ensure that your dining experience runs smoothly! In the heart of Little Italy, on India Street, Ristorante Illando is within walking distance of the Porto Vista Hotel & Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego Downtown, The Trolley Stop, Maritime Museum, San Diego County Administration Center, and Waterfront Park. The restaurant serves Italian cuisine. 50 people can be accommodated. Bathroom, air conditioning, fans, and windows are among the amenities (with a view of India Street) It is our main room, which has been designed in a cozy, rustic setting, with walls lined with family photographs, which will make you and your guests feel as if they are in our own Landini residence. It is an excellent venue for private parties, wine tastings, corporate meetings, wedding rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and other events. Our semi-private dining area is ideal for groups of up to 12 people for lunch or dinner. This area, which is separated from the main dining room by a beautiful sliding barn door, provides guests with privacy while still retaining the character of the restaurant. On the patio, you can enjoy a casual meal. When our sister restaurant, Landini's Pizzeria, opened its doors for business in the fall of 2009, our outdoor patio was designed to complement the space. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.

The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100.
