The Landmark has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. The building at 809 W. Main Street is an adaptive reuse and remodeling of a historic structure constructed in the 1920s. This historic building has been meticulously refurbished and thoughtfully planned to host intimate weddings and private parties, while retaining the original architectural characteristics throughout. The Landmark is pleased to provide a variety of package choices to accommodate guests of all financial abilities. We may also tailor any of our programs to meet your specific requirements. Guests will have access to our lovely private historic building for six hours as part of any of our packages, which can seat up to 200 people. In addition to a full soda bar, there is an indoor bar with expert bartenders available. (The client may bring in alcoholic beverages, and there are no corking fees associated with the service.)
