Built in 1923, this cozy venue looks like an old home but was built as a “Mission Hall”. In 2012, community members and church leaders came together with a shared vision to open the space for community engagement. Major renovations began with design assistance from Nathan Marion of Lonely Buildings. Local contractors, many volunteers from the community, Abbey Arts, Seattle Works, and church groups helped with the project. In 2014 a partnership was created with Abbey Arts, a local nonprofit arts organization that presents and curates creative events at historic spaces around Seattle. After a two-year renovation process the Homestead is now host to community events, concerts (bluegrass, acoustic, folk, children), family events, workshops, classes and much more. The building maintains its old time house feel with a focus on sustainability and community interaction through arts, culture and education.

The Pine Lake Community Club is a Rental Facility with Spacious Options. Located on the Sammamish Pine Lake Plateau, this facility is a memorable setting for any occasion. This unique property is a premier location for Weddings, Receptions and various types of Private Parties. This Log Cabin Venue was built in 1938 and has been the site for several banquets, Receptions, Proms, Class Reunions and Birthday Parties. Our facility can comfortably seat 150 and provide a large dance floor for every type of event. We are one of the most affordable venues in the area.

This classic 1926 building with vaulted ceilings and beautiful picture windows is a perfect setting for any event. The charming historic room, located on the second floor of Greenwood Square accommodates 180 guests for receptions or up to 160 for buffet style dinners. Greenwood Square defines not only the spirit of Greenwood, but Seattle as a whole. It's the combination of continual change and forward thinking that puts Greenwood Square as a classic place to remember. A river-rock fireplace and hand-hewn log walls set the tone at Preston Community Center, a Works Progress Administration building raised in 1938 and added to Washington State's Heritage Register in 2008. Just off I-90 outside Issaquah, the historic log structure pairs a raised-stage multipurpose room with a separate meeting room for food service, a full-service warming kitchen, and two rock fireplaces, while an upstairs bride's-ready room with a private bath, an attendant's room, and a groom's room support wedding parties getting ready on-site. Outdoors, a wedding court with a seasonal party tent and wrought-iron table settings extends the celebration into the surrounding grounds, and the facility's hardwood floors double as a dance surface for receptions. Depending on setup, the center comfortably hosts 80 to 120 guests indoors, or up to 150 across combined indoor and outdoor space, for ceremonies, receptions, corporate retreats, seminars, and meetings. Bookings run through King County Parks' Regional Scheduling office up to 18 months in advance, with an on-site facility coordinator present throughout each event.

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.

Redhook Brewlab’s concept is an intersection of Seattle history and culture, a place where the city’s eclectic influences mix – art, science, brewing, food, and music. Housed within the Pike Motorworks Building, Brewlab’s space is an open modern brewery and pub concept with an abundance of natural light. A focal point inside the brewpub is a custom mural by Grammy-nominated Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records Art Director Sasha Barr. The mural, which spans 14’ x 18’ on the wall near the front bar, is a colorful visual collage combining the city environment, people, beer, Seattle architecture, and elements from the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Large patios in the front and back of the space increase the seating capacity from 171 to 258, making the Redhook Brewlab’s total outdoor patio space the largest in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Mountaineers Tacoma Program Center sits in historic Old Town Tacoma. It overlooks Commencement Bay. The building serves as a hub for Mountaineers activities. It also hosts community and corporate events for private and public organizations. Local businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and the general public can rent space here. The facility is newly renovated. It offers three rooms for meetings, training sessions, and social events. The Great Hall adjoins a caterer food staging area with modest kitchen facilities. It seats up to 85 guests theater-style. It accommodates up to 150 guests for a reception. The Classroom fits about 30 guests at tables or 42 theater-style. The Boardroom seats 10 guests around a table, plus 6 to 8 observer chairs. In 2024, the Tacoma Program Center completed a Net Zero Plus energy project. Solar panels and battery backup now let the building produce and store more energy than it consumes. Parking is available in a public lot at North 30th and North Carr Streets, plus on-street parking nearby.

The Fife Community Center is a flexible event venue operated by the City of Fife's Parks and Recreation department in Fife, Washington. Its large banquet hall accommodates up to 225 guests and divides into three separate rooms with solid partitions, making it well suited to gatherings ranging from family reunions and birthday parties to weddings and business meetings. Each of the three rooms holds up to 75 guests and carries its own character: one features a fireplace, another a stage, and the third a pair of lighted alcoves with counter space. Two rooms can be combined to accommodate 150. Rentals include tables, chairs, a sound system, and complimentary Wi-Fi, with a full commercial kitchen available for an added fee. With no vendor restrictions, hosts are free to personalize their events, and free on-site parking is available. Discounted rates are offered to Fife residents.
