Located on our second floor, these spacious rooms boast their own private bar, restrooms and sound system. The third space is a semi-private backroom located on the first floor, and has the quintessential Italian charm. The legendary Vietnamese institution Le Colonial in Chicago wonderfully reflects the beauty, passion, and spirit of French Colonial Southeast Asia in the 1920s. Le Colonial, dubbed ""an escapist's paradise,"" is a lovely two-story antique row house located in the center of Chicago's prestigious Gold Coast area. Le Colonial, located on Rush Street, has a first-floor dining room, a seasonal sidewalk cafe on the first floor, and a second-story bar, lounge, and all-season terrace overlooking Rush Street. MAD Social is a neighborhood kitchen & gathering place in the heart of the West Loop. The elevated yet approachable venue space features a rustic, industrial chic interior, which provides the perfect backdrop for eclectic shareable plates & creative cocktails. MAD Social is available for full buy out, and their event menus and packages are customizable. Adolfo Garcia oversaw the design of MAD Social and has kept it true to its warehouse roots, while bringing a French industrial chic feel to the space. An intimate and refined place, MAD Social has 65 seats in the dining room, 12 at the bar and will offer outdoor seating in the patio space during warmer months. In keeping with the industrial past of the West Loop neighborhood, Garcia used “1900’s warehouse” as a design inspiration. He utilized the natural elements in the space, like the original timber ceilings and hardwood flooring. Leftover wood from the buildout was reclaimed and re-used. Guests will see it incorporated throughout MAD Social's dining room from the table tops to focal point art pieces, including a jigsaw-esque design on the front of the bar and an oversized wooden mosaic piece on the east wall.

King's is a luxury karaoke bar in Chicago’s Chinatown neighborhood. This luxurious entertainment venue features 12 private rooms. Each room has unique decor with private bathrooms, custom lighting and Karaoke machines. Kings has an abundance of popular pre-recorded backing tracks, craft cocktails, elevated bottle service, and a curated menu from a renowned chef Jason Hedin. Kings Karaoke is a one-of-a-kind experience in one of Chicago's most historical neighborhoods.

In September 2014 the 2 year restoration of Biggs Mansion was completed. With over $4 million dollars spent and absolutely no cost spared, real estate developer and current owner Fred Latsko converted the previously known IL Mulino restaurant into Chicago's finest cigcar show and private cigar lounge.
