Employees Only
510 Hudson St, New York, NY 10014, USA- 1 Restaurant
Employees Only is New York City’s inimitable speakeasy located in the heart of the West Village. The restaurant and bar was opened by five industry friends in 2004. It is driven by an innate inclination for hospitality and a core principle that one can enjoy flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food in a beautiful space. Twelve years later, this same vision remains intact. In addition to a world class bar program whose acceptance is coveted by aspiring bartenders around the globe, Employees Only has gained a voracious and loyal following for the mysterious, convivial and hospitable ambiance—as well as the esteemed New American fare, distinguished by subtle Eastern European touches that reflect executive chef Julia Jaksic’s Croatian heritage. The bar has created industry classics out of its pioneering drink list, including their famed twist on the Manhattan, the seasonally adapted Ginger Smash, the Amelia, and various others. Meanwhile, the kitchen continues to serve dedicated favorites like its Hand Cut Steak Tartare, Bone Marrow Poppers, Skate Paprikás and satisfying late night foods. The restaurant reflects an old world vibe through its art deco accents like overhead luggage racks and backlit paintings and is curiously tucked behind a fortune teller’s lair. Upon arrival past this mysterious foyer, guests revel around a sensual curving bar and throughout an alluring back dining room. Employees Only has been honored with Spirited Awards for “Best American Bar Team,” “World’s Best Cocktail Bar” and “World’s Best Drinks Selection” by Tales of the Cocktail, as well as the #4 spot on Drinks International’s “World’s 50 Best Bars” list in 2015. Il Buco
47 Bond St, New York, NY 10012, USA- Spaces for 70 Guests
Enjoy a meal with us in New York City, Amagansett, or Ibiza, and browse through our Mediterranean pantry and home collection. When il Buco first opened its doors in 1994 as a rustic antique store on NoHo's cobblestoned Bond Street, the restaurant quickly rose to become one of the city's most beloved destinations. Donna Lennard and her then-partner, Italian-born restaurateur Alberto Avalle, were pioneers on Bond Street when they invited their antique customers to join them for their midday "pranzo" before obtaining a wine and beer license and developing an eclectic Mediterranean menu that was equal parts Italian, Spanish, and invention, and dedicated to sourcing the finest prime ingredients both locally and in Avalle's home country of Italy. The culinary philosophy of il Buco is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonality and the integrity of all of the ingredients used in the restaurant. Our cuisine is influenced by both the motherland of Italy and the Iberian Peninsula. We spend a significant amount of time sourcing ingredients and take great pleasure in working with our producers to ensure that you receive the highest quality product possible. What we can't find locally, we source in Italy through a network of family and friends that we've built up over the course of a lifetime of traveling.

Charlie Bird
5 King St, New York, NY 10012, USA- 1 Restaurant
- 1 Outdoor
Charlie Bird is a fun neighborhood restaurant located in Soho, NYC and offering an Italian-inspired, American-executed menu developed by Chef Ryan Hardy. Theo Lieberman oversees the wine program, a list featuring an exceptional selection of vintages and delicious wines. Charlie Bird is rooted in all things New York - from the brick and mortar walls that date back to 1880, to a kitchen that only sources local ingredients for the menu, to the hip hop-inspired art that covers the walls. The menu reflects Chef and Co-owner Ryan Hardy’s thoughtful interpretation of what he describes as a nod to Italian cuisine, influenced by his passion for making cheese, curing meats, digging for clams, diving for urchin, farming produce and crafting handmade pasta. Co-owner Robert Bohr and Wine Director Grant Reynolds developed the wine list, which offers a small but compelling array of bottles. The 60-seat space is decidedly NY, manifesting an understated modern aesthetic designed to offer amazing food in an ambiance that is both sophisticated and approachable. The Private Dining Room at Charlie Bird can accommodate up to 14 diners, providing New Yorkers renting this venue with something that they rarely get: isolation. Tucked away, the private dining room includes a handcrafted, custom-built walnut table and bespoke chairs made of vintage fabric. Exposed brick walls, clean wood lines and beautiful lighting fixtures compliment the aesthetics of the main dining room. While the menu format is family-style, the private dining experience at Charlie Bird is entirely customizable; guests collaborate with Hospitality Emcee Martin Gobbée and a Wine Team member to craft the perfect evening that best fits their occasion. Freemans
Freeman Alley, New York, NY 10002, USA- Spaces for 12-200 Guests
- 6 Restaurants
We found a perfect cozy space at the end of an unused alley off the Bowery in the fall of 2004, and Freemans Restaurant was born. The restaurant's concept was to create a rough, secretive colonial American tavern. Early Americans imagined the cuisine to be simple, rustic, and inspired by Old World traditions. We've held everything from weddings and birthday parties to movie premieres, luncheons, wrap parties, bridal showers, and business dinners over the years. For seated dinner parties or cocktail celebrations, Freemans has three private rooms available. The entire second floor, including the drawing room, or the entire restaurant, can be rented for groups of 30 to 200 people. Our intimate working wine cellar provides an exceptional eating environment. In your own private wine cellar, seats 10-12 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner. In an elegant 2nd floor dining room, the Blue Room seats 13-20 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner, or up to 30 guests for a cocktail reception. Our largest single private room is the Red Room on the second floor. In an attractive 2nd floor dining room, seats 20-30 guests for a sit-down lunch or supper, or up to 40 guests for a cocktail reception. Guests can book the Red Room, Drawing Room, and Blue Room for large-scale gatherings. For a sit-down lunch or dinner, all three rooms can seat 30-80 people, or up to 100 people for a cocktail reception. Our second-floor private cocktail bar can accommodate groups of up to 25 people. We can seat 140 guests for a seated dinner or up to 200 guests for a cocktail reception with a full buyout. Reach out today to start planning your private dining experience!
