OUR BACKGROUND 888 PRODUCTIONS is a group of young and talented event photographers, videographers and coordinators in Southern California formed in 2008. Located in the heart of Orange County, CA, this team creates exclusive experiences that are everything any client could ever dream of. Coordinating and executing an event is a full-time job, so let an experienced event planning team take care of the back end so you can enjoy hosting your guests and revel in being the center of attention. 888 Productions offers a number of coordination services including: Tiffany Package / Full Coordination Services STARTS AT $3500 • Up to 10 face-to-face meetings with clients or vendors (as per client's request) including site visit and assistance in food selections during food tasting at the venue or with caterer • Budget development and implementation • Two-day site tour of up to 8 venue selections (both Ceremony & Reception) • Unlimited vendor and venue referrals for both ceremony and reception • **Custom create a theme/motif, event design and decor concept (w/ event design package) • Negotiate pricing and vendor contracts on your behalf • Timeline & personal check lists • Assist in the design of stationery and follow-ups on no-reply RSVPs, etc. • Assist with wedding dress and entourage attire selection • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event • Unlimited consultation via phone and email • Negotiate, review contracts and distribute deposits Jessica Package / Partial Coordination STARTS AT $2800 • Up to 5 face-to-face meetings with clients including site visit and assistance in food selections during food tasting at the venue or with caterer • Unlimited vendor and venue referrals for both ceremony and reception • Coordination with other vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day. • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event. • Serve as main point of contact with vendors the week and day of the event • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event • Unlimited consultation via phone and email • Assist with theme selections, design and decor concepts • Furnish personal checklist for the client • Assist with hotel accommodations and guests' transportation Victoria Package / Month-of-Coordination STARTS AT $2000 • Up to 3 face-to-face meetings with clients including site visit • Coordination with vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day. • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event. • Serve as main point of contact with vendors the month and day of the event • Manage wedding/dress rehearsals up to 2 hours prior to event • Unlimited consultation via phone and email Jennifer Package / On-the-Day Coordination STARTS AT $1500 • Up to 2 face-to-face meetings with clients including site visit • Coordination with vendors booked by client including review of all contracts. • Develop timeline and production schedule for event day. • Distribute timeline and itinerary to all vendors week of the event. • Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact for 1-2 weeks leading up to wedding day • Unlimited consultation via phone and email
