A Spoonful of Planning, based in Ellicott City, Maryland, was founded by Louise and Tanesha to collaborate with individuals who are looking to outsource the time-consuming tasks of event planning and design. In addition to being a mother-daughter team, we appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with you in order to create engaging, unique, eclectic experiences that reflect your uniqueness while you get to enjoy it all as a guest. Our A Spoonful of Planning team has gained valuable insight into the process of bringing a client's vision to fruition through their work on enthralling events across the country and stage managing Broadway-style shows. It's a joy for us to meet new people, build relationships, have a good time... and indulge in a few glasses of wine every now and then. In our capacity as a full-service event planning and design company, we can take care of every detail or offer services on an as-needed basis. You can be assured that your event will be flawless because we have years of experience designing events from conception to completion. Included in our offerings are the following: coordinating the day's events Planning only a portion of the project Coordination of all services Consultations in person with the consultant Analysis of the budget Selection and referral of vendors; event design; timetables and to-do lists; and other activities Itinerary creation and distribution on "Day of" should be prioritized.
