I am a California hybrid wedding and elopement photographer: film and digital photography. Each media elicits a different set of emotions. Before pressing the shutter button, film forces you to pause and reflect, capturing raw emotion and movement from each of my couples. While digital photography captures every detail of your one-of-a-kind wedding day. Both provide unique perspectives for your Big Sur elopement. I can't imagine my life without photography. I used to borrow my parents' film camera and fiddle with it for hours when I was in eighth school. I couldn't take my eyes off the camera. It was invaluable to be able to capture every moment that I thought was noteworthy. I wanted to share this fantastic discovery with all of my other loved ones as soon as possible, and I wanted to photograph the items they believed were valuable. My purpose, I feel, is to capture rare moments and tell numerous love tales. I do it for the emotions, for the laughs, for the tears, for the first dances, and for the vow exchanges. I created AGS Photo Art ten years ago. My first wedding, believe it or not, I photographed when I was 16 years old. I was intrigued from the minute I photographed the couple's first gaze. I combined my natural talent with my love of wedding photography, and since then, I've photographed over 300 couples! To enhance my photographic education, I went to Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In 2010, I earned a bachelor's degree in Fine Art Film. My education does not end with my bachelor's degree; I continue to study and grow through workshops and research so that I can continue to provide the greatest photography services to my clients.
