The proud owner of Alyssa Thomas Events, where she serves as the principal planner. My team and I currently call Pittsburgh home, but we travel all over Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland, as well as to various destination cities around the world, to plan weddings and other events. I have found a career that I adore, and it is my sincere wish that the photographs and writing on this website convey the depth of my dedication and enthusiasm for serving others, developing exquisite aesthetics, and flawlessly carrying out events that result in an abundance of happiness for my clients and their guests. Baker, our first child, was born in March of 2020 to my husband Brad and me, and he has brought so much joy into our lives (mother/son dances have an entirely new meaning to me now... cue all of the happy tears!) In December of 2021, our sweet girl Ava Lynn joined our family, making us a unit of four people. With these three in it, life couldn't possibly get any better. You can find me spending time outdoors with my family, traveling, decorating our home, and baking (and eating!) way too many desserts when I'm not busy organizing events. I count myself extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some pretty incredible couples (who quickly become friends! ), and I never underestimate the significance of the role I play in helping my clients plan and carry out one of the best and happiest days of their lives.
