Ashley's Sweet Beginnings

Ashley began her career in bespoke cake design when she was just 13 years old. Her talents blossomed with each cake she created after merely taking a cake design class at her local Michael's craft store. As a result, in 2010, she was admitted into The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She used new techniques taught by the most excellent chefs at the C.I.A. at that time to hone her talents. She went on to pursue her long-held dream of owning a custom bakeshop after graduating with a bachelor's degree in baking and pastry arts as well as Business Management in 2013. Ashley's Sweet Beginnings Bakery was officially inaugurated on May 19th, 2014, with the help of her fantastic family. Her amazing husband, parents, younger sister, aunt, and mother/father-in-law own and operate a family-owned and operated bakery.
