Augustine Wine Car was created by David Gibbs (co-owner of Augustine, Mirabelle & Sushi Note), Andy Paxson (co-owner of Simplethings Restaurants & Sushi Note) and Matthew Weaver (producer of Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Chef’s Table, Rock of Ages) with the idea of bringing the Augustine Wine Bar experience right to your doorstep. Available for private parties and events, our fully restored 1960 Grumman-Olson Kurbside Van* is a mobile wine bar, with a retro design that helps create a fun, unique environment for your event.
