BabyCakes by Tiffany was created in 2014 by Tiffany Lewis out of her passion for desserts, pastries and sweet treats. Lewis’s focus is to bring mini decadent pastries and treats - made with only fresh and natural ingredients - to the Chicagoland area with artistic professionalism. Chef Tiffany has been baking as long as she can remember and has fond memories of baking a pound cake with her aunt when she was seven. Tiffany still uses that recipe today! Dessert has always been a love of Tiffany’s life, whether it was baking for family and friends, or working as Assistant Pastry Chef at City Gate Grill and Chicago Marriot Naperville or as Catering Assistant for LaBelle Catering. BabyCakes by Tiffany is all about sweet treats in small bites. Over the years she learned that desserts were just too big, most people just wanted a bite of something sweet after a meal. So she creates just that. Everything from cheesecakes, to red velvet, pound cake, éclairs, apple pie tartlets, lemon meringue tartlets, chocolate mousse cups and more. Chef Tiffany can take it one step further and customize your desserts with the theme of your event. Whether it’s by color or logos, she can incorporate images that are not only attractive but edible as well.
