Our talented chefs will expertly prepare your choice of brunch, buffet or sit-down menu using only the highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients available. It's not difficult for Bella Cuisine to take care of the planning and details; our event planner Guilia makes it look simple and effortless. We take care of everything, including delicious local cuisine, event staffing and supplies (such as tables, chairs, and barware), as well as set up and cleanup. When planning your next fundraiser or corporate event, think about throwing a Bella cocktail party! The traditional seating arrangement will be replaced by a more modern, café-like setting, where guests will spend an average of 20 minutes at their table rather than the full two hours of a formal dinner party. Cocktail parties are ideal for gathering a diverse group of people for an agenda-driven event—or for when you're trying to frame and control the timeline and relevant costs for a large group of people. Small hot and cold hors d'oeuvres are served for approximately 30 minutes at the beginning of the soiree, with a speech, presentation, or remarks serving as the transition to the buffet or appetizer stations, which open shortly thereafter. This format is softer, less scripted, and allows for greater flexibility in terms of menu design and service selections. In place of heating elements, we employ a buffet runner whose sole responsibility is to retrieve fresh platters of food from the kitchen on a regular basis. From beginning to end, the food is always fresh and aesthetically pleasing.
