Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, we’ll coordinate all vendor meetings—whether by phone, Zoom, or in person. For in-person meetings, we aim to maximize your time by grouping a few into one day whenever possible, always working around your availability.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The number of team members on-site varies based on load-in/out needs, venue size, guest count, and overall logistics. We always provide a minimum of 3 staff plus a lead planner, with most events averaging around 6 team members for seamless execution.
