When it comes to flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions that are of equal or greater value due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of the flowers. When it comes to maintaining the "look and feel" of the arrangement, we will make every effort to do so by taking into consideration the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. When there is only one variety of flower, the variety will take precedence over the color. For example, if a customer orders yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, rather than another yellow flower, in the order. White roses and cream roses, as well as peach roses and pink roses, can be substituted for each other as well as other colors. It is possible that purple and pink orchids will need to be substituted for white orchids, and the reverse is true. Plants: Similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted for green and blooming plants if they are not available. When it comes to one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every effort to match the plant type, but we reserve the right to substitute a different color. Plant containers will be placed as close together as possible. When ordering gift baskets, substitutions with items of greater or equal value may be made if necessary to ensure freshness and timely delivery of the items included in the basket. In order to ensure timely delivery of orders for special occasions such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries on specific days of the week, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value in order to ensure timely delivery if the flowers you requested are not available and we are unable to contact you at the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
