Blue Steel Lighting Design is a design/decor/floral company based in Washington, District of Columbia. GET TO KNOW US Michelle is a fun-loving mother, wife, and entrepreneur who enjoys life to the fullest. When she was planning weddings with her company Weddings by Michelle, she came up with the idea for Blue Steel, which she started over 11 years ago. When she was a planner, she recognized the importance of proper lighting and understood how it could elevate an event to an entirely new level. Her charisma and vision have elevated her to the status of a superstar in the event industry. Kaci is a brilliant Virginia Wesleyan University alumna who recently graduated. She began her career with Blue Steel as an intern and has worked her way up to the position of production manager. The information she receives from our design team is meticulously passed on to our production team by her. Jeremy is a devoted father to his 4-year-old son, Jeremy Jr., whom he adores. A few years ago, Jeremy Sr. decided to start a lighting company with his wife. He now serves as the company's lead designer as well as the company's director of production. Blue Steel has risen to the top of the industry as a result of his unconventional thinking and innovative approach to business. Jeremy is a highly sought-after consultant in the firearms industry who specializes in theatrical design, architectural lighting, and optical design for firearms. Blue Steel employs a large number of people from a variety of different trades. While each team member brings his or her own set of skills and ideas to the table, each is thoroughly trained in the Blue Steel guidelines and mission in order to ensure that each and every event is a success.
