Bon Appetit Caterers was formed 35 years ago by Peter Bouer. It has subsequently become one of South Florida's most respected catering companies. Peter began Bon Appetit by throwing house parties and quickly expanded to become the sole caterer for a number of temples in the South Florida area. Peter's expertise in the catering and food service industries has led to him consulting with large organizations, hospitals, and other caterers throughout his career. Mr. Bouer specializes in solving culinary problems and developing new food service concepts. Bon Appetit takes pride in its stellar reputation in South Florida. Renee Bouer, Peter's daughter, has spent her entire life working in the family business. She began her catering career as a server at Bon Appétit and worked every position in the company, learning the ins and outs of each role firsthand. Renee had at least fourteen years of catering experience when she founded Haute Cuisine Caterers in 1999 with the help of her father. The goal of Haute Cuisine is to appeal to a more refined palate by paying special attention to every aspect, including table arrangements, plate presentation, and staff quality. Haute Cuisine's success has won us the title of "BEST" caterers in town.
