Alex Mindlin loves a good party, but she loves weddings most of all. That’s why she created Bow & Arrow Weddings: to help brides stay relaxed and have fun throughout the planning process. While planning her own wedding, Alex realized that all brides and families have different planning needs and pain points. But sometimes, traditional wedding planning doesn’t allow you to choose where to focus. At Bow & Arrow Weddings, you can personalize a planning package that will be most helpful and relevant to you. This structure will give you more flexibility with your time and money by allowing you to choose exactly what you want help with. From vendor coordination to gift bags, every detail of your event matters, and nothing is too big or too small for us to manage. You can be provided with Full Service Planning: The Bow & Arrow Weddings team will be the point-person throughout your engagement to provide vendor recommendations, coordinate and communicate with your chosen vendors, track status, help with design and budget decision making, and manage your payments and overall budget. They'll also create multiple personalized documents, including a Customized Wedding Roadmap, Status Grid, Day-of Schedule, and other helpful tools to keep you organized with your guest list, personal items, and all other decisions and details. This package also includes day-of coordination. Month-of/Day-of Coordination: They’ll work with you during the ~6 weeks leading up to your wedding, create a customized Day-of Schedule and other key documents, and be your main on-site point-person the day of your wedding. They are also always available throughout your engagement for questions and advice! Partial Planning: This package includes Month-of/Day-of Coordination, as well as any Full Service Planning offerings added à la carte. Bow & Arrow Weddings offers many à la carte services, bridal party coordination services, and planning for other activities.
