Hello, my name is Brett. I used to tie my father's cameras to my skateboard or bike and ride along busy streets and into the occasional stream bed, capturing what I thought were the coolest photographs I'd ever seen. This isn't always true. This, along with a few more decades of experiences with a camera in hand, was only the start of my passion for photography. I attended San Francisco State University and was later mentored by some of the industry's most talented photographers. The beauty of the San Francisco Bay, as well as excursions to other fascinating places throughout the world, gave my craft a fresh perspective and source of inspiration. When I married my lovely wife, Adriana, I realized I had found my calling: to photograph beautiful individuals on their wedding days. With grace and a timeless aesthetic and genuineness, I document an abundance of real emotion. I've been photographing these moments for countless happy couples here in California, as well as seasonally in the Alps, Hawaii, New York, and other destinations across the world, for the past decade. It is my objective to capture the soul of every couple who walks through my door — to tell a love story as unique as their relationship, but in the form of timeless heritage photos that will last a lifetime. Adriana, my wife, is a source of encouragement and motivation for me. Hannah and Grayson, my two children, have given me a new lease on life. They motivate me on a daily basis. I am incredibly grateful for my two wonderful, sweet, and hilarious children who are my companions in crime. Above all things, I value my family.
