- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Absolutely. We provide a full caviar service setup, including chilled display vessels, and all accompaniments (blinis, crème fraîche, chives, and curated garnishes). Our servers also wear a custom-designed caviar serving belt, which allows them to move effortlessly through your event and offer guest
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- For most events, we provide a minimum of two caviar servers for passed tastings and one event lead as needed. Larger guest counts or elevated service styles will have to include additional servers upon request.
