Because I run Chef Pete Coleman Catering in Sonoma County as a chef-led business, I am actively engaged in the creation of every menu and event that we cater. My dedicated and skilled Sous Chef of many years, Trevor Ward, helps out with each and every event, and the rest of my crew is comprised of local families and hospitality professionals that have a passion for providing excellent service. I am a classically educated chef who places an emphasis on using products that are produced locally and sustainably. I have polished my abilities in restaurants that have earned Michelin stars all across the Sonoma and Napa areas and beyond. Although I have over 30 years of experience in the kitchen, my roots are in the South, so Cajun, Creole, and Deep South BBQ are some of my favorite types of food to prepare. Although I specialize in Country French cuisine, Farm-to-Table Italian cuisine, and Tapas, I have been cooking since I was a child. Prices for my meals start as low as $50 per person for catering and go as high as $145 per person for personal chef services.
