In 2017, Brandon Becker and John Lugovich laid the groundwork for what would later become Cirque Kitchen and Spirits. Becker was working as the Executive Chef of a few different restaurants throughout the city of Denver, including Red Square European Bistro, Black Bird Public House, The District, 1515 Restaurant, and a few others. Some of these restaurants include: We make it a priority to keep moving forward, to keep reinventing ourselves so that we can learn and develop alongside the general public. On the food truck, our mission is to bring people together over a shared love of good food. To bring people of different cultures together, to educate people about the long and illustrious history of food and drink, all while maintaining an affordable price point! Catering services for intimate private gatherings will be offered by Cirque in the Denver metropolitan area. In order to whet the appetites of our customers, we plan to provide a one-of-a-kind combination of flavors, experiences, and presentations. We at Cirque are big believers in the power of community, and we would be more than happy to serve you and the people in your group. You, the guest, are the focal point of our approach to catering. Cirque Kitchen is going to continue hosting pop-up dinners with the help of the food truck. These dinners will offer guests a unique dining experience on a regular basis in a variety of locations. At these events, there will be multiple courses as well as drinking pairings that can be purchased for a predetermined price. These private events will be invitation-only, designed to foster community and take place in one-of-a-kind settings to enhance the interactive dining experience.
