As the years past, the catering aspect grew in leaps and bounds. He sold the restaurant and built a large facility strictly for catering. It has been growing and changing ever since. 46 years later we are still constantly reassessing our customer needs, retraining our employees on new concepts and trends by sending them to attend conventions, seminars, and food workshops across the country.
