Founded in 2021
Clarity Music Productions is born of a vision. After playing at weddings for nearly 20 years, the founder saw how methods of communication changed, and how the wedding music business failed to change with them. He watched as discerning couples sought more and more personalized experiences at their weddings, yet the bands continued to perform using a standard playlist with just a few requests. He realized there can be a better way — a way for couples to be a true partner in the process of designing their wedding music experience. As with flowers, cakes and stationery, wedding music can be personalized for a more special wedding experience for couples and their guests. We use cutting-edge communication methods to communicate with couples and create an unmatched personalized experience. Once you are ready to book, you will receive an invitation to download our app to begin your wedding music journey. Our proprietary customization process will help us get to know you and your personal style through fun quizzes and conversations with our team. We will then work with you to create your custom wedding music experience.

- What makes you unique compared to your competition?
- Our process. From initial contact to the special day, personalizing your experience is our priority. To make your wedding amazing, we focus on 3 things - strong communication through our dedicated app, a completely customized experience, and well cared for musicians to ensure their best performance.
- How do you keep the dance floor full throughout my event?
- We work with you to determine the perfect music for your crowd. We have a huge repertoire of music we can play, and depending on what you decide with your band leader, we can stick strictly to your list, or deviate if you have approved that and we think it will keep the dance floor full.
- Are you willing to learn new songs that are important to me?
- Through our bespoke process, we will work with you to completely customize your playlist to ensure you get the music you want that will ALSO keep the dance floor full. We have a set schedule to ensure you get to make requests in time for the band to learn every song that is important to you.
- Do you take song requests from guests?
- Since we partner with you to decide the playlist, that is up to you. If you know you have guests who will want to make requests, we have a process to bring them in early so you can approve or deny. On the day of, if you don't want us taking guest requests, we can tell everyone it's a curated list.
- Do you take breaks?
- We perform continuous music unless you request otherwise. That means there will always be some musicians performing live, except during toasts and speeches. The band will break in shifts during seated courses (salad, dinner, and dessert if it's seated).
