- Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
- Yes. We offer Afro-Caribbean-Soul food which means our ethnic dishes span across the black experience and pan-African diaspora.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- Yes. We can do a tasting for up to 6 guests in our facility. Tastings should be scheduled a minimum of 5 business days prior to the desired event date as all catering orders must be finalized with payment at least 3 business days prior to the event. Tastings are scheduled based on availability.
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We partner with multiple small businesses like ours who specialize specifically in bar and liquor packages to accommodate any size event.
- What are my options for food display and service?
- Currently, you can either pick up or have delivered self-service catered food trays. Onsite, assisted buffet-style service will require additional charges and fees negotiable at the time of booking.
