We serve outstanding Brazilian cuisine with rodizio-style service for a really authentic Brazilian experience. Customers do not place orders in the typical way. Instead, a variety of meals, particularly meats, are brought to the table for clients to pick and choose from, while they also have access to a gourmet salad bar. While there are several different varieties of Rodizio-style restaurants in Latin America, the Brazilian Churrascaria, which loosely translates to "steakhouse," is the most popular. Churrascarias are known for selling a variety of grilled meats. Gauchos slice hot meat on skewers onto each diner's plate as they walk through the restaurant. We are excited to provide Brazilian-style Rodzio to our friends and family at Comeketo. Rodrigo Souza is a genuine and natural businessman. Rodrigo was born and reared in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the United States when he was 18 years old. Rodrigo enrolled in a high school in Hudson, Massachusetts to learn English, despite having minimal grasp of the language. In his early years in the United States, he discovered his affinity for food and the hospitality industry. He started as a roller guy at Vinny Testa's, preparing silverware for guests, and soon rose through the ranks to become a server. In 2009, he launched his first Comeketo restaurant in Leominster, demonstrating his business spirit. He moved to a larger facility (in 2014) within five years, which he then remodeled to become a full-service Brazilian steakhouse in 2018. Rodrigo spent three years in the US Army and countless hours volunteering in his community during his career. Rodrigo is a very upbeat, creative, and cheerful guy that is focused on achieving bigger and better goals. He credits his continuous success as a businessman and individual to his hard ethic and positive attitude. Currently serves on the Massachusetts Restaurant Association's board of directors.
