Crystal Springs Catering has been providing services to families, businesses, and organizations since the 1980s, but its founder, Bob Santana, has had a passion for this work since his high school graduation. He began working at Crystal Springs Deli as a youngster in the late '70s, and by the time he was 20 years old, he had moved behind the counter and began cooking sandwiches for the customers there. He cherished the opportunity to fulfill specific requests. He relished the opportunity to communicate with customers. He was completely sucked in. After several years working as a deli consultant, assisting other persons in successfully launching their own businesses, Bob made the decision to establish his own catering business in 1989. Crystal Springs Catering was born out of that auspicious beginning in his garage, and has grown into the profitable, enjoyable, family-owned (and -oriented) catering business that it is today. Crystal Springs Catering, on the other hand, is a family. Bob works alongside his wife, his brother, and his two sons, but that is the extent of their relationship as blood relatives. Every member of our team respects our clients as if they are members of our own family, and we treat each other as such—from the employees who have been with us for more than a decade to the employees who have recently joined the team. When you collaborate on a project like we do, strong ties are going to form. Because we get along well with one another and like what we do (bringing your vision for your event to life), you'll feel like you're part of the family, too. Our primary business is food and hospitality, but we're also in the business of catering to you: we'll work with you to meet your needs, whether they're financial, social, or aesthetic. You have chosen the venue for your event, and we will collaborate with you to bring your culinary vision to reality. We've served everything from workplace lunches on plates to exquisite sit-down occasions. Our catering meals are available in a variety of styles and culinary tastes, ranging from casual and comfortable to lavish and luxurious in nature. We work on events that are booked months in advance as well as activities that are scheduled for the very next day, all at the same time.
