The menu at this cafe has Mughlai and Indian dishes with varied degrees of spiciness, along with chai, beer, and wine. MANINDDER TEJ is the Executive Chef and Owner of the restaurant. In spite of having more than 20 years of expertise, I do not believe in using any kind of short cut. I decided to open Dilliwala Indian Kitchen so that I could share my enthusiasm for Indian cuisine with other people. Everything I make originates in my emotional core.
