Xavier Joshua is a seasoned DJ and Master of Ceremonies (MC). His dynamic personality and versatility makes him one of the most sought after DJ and MC’s in the corporate, wedding and private event market. Whether it is modern dance music, Pop, Top 40, Hip-Hop, House, International or themed event music, Xavier has the knowledge and repertoire to make each event a success. His past clients read like a who’s who of the Fortune 500. Xavier has spun at some of the most popular clubs in the Chicagoland area over the years, giving him insight and perspective as to what is new and trending along with what styles have worked in the past. This expertise allows him to steer any event in the appropriate direction. Xavier is known as one of the pioneers of the Chicago House Music Movement. He was honored to be named to the Architects of House as one of the 100 most influential DJ’s in the Chicago House Music scene between 1975 and 1995. One of Xavier’s biggest joys was teaching and mentoring his little brother Maurice, who achieved national recognition as 3-time Grammy nominee and winner for his 2004 dance remix of Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love”.
