Doug Sanford

Doug Sanford has created award-winning imagery for a who's who client list that includes Discovery, Coca-Cola, Hershey's, The Smithsonian Institution, The World Wildlife Federation, Children's National Hospital, People, Cosmo, and Instyle, as well as many other national and regional organizations. His work has been described as vibrant, spontaneous, evocative, and filled with light. Sanford's career spans over 30 years, and his work has been praised for its use of light. Dougs' imagery is infused with energy, emotion, immediacy, and an artist's true understanding of the medium. Dougs is a former military combat and intelligence photographer, an honors graduate of the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography, and the recipient of a Lifetime Art Directors Club award. In addition, Dougs has received numerous "Addys" for his commercial work.
