The owner and executive Chef AK specializes in American cuisine and what we like to call "soulfully latin" farm to table fare. Everything is always prepared with local, organic and sustainable foods (where ever possible). In addition to our catering menu we can also create a customized menu to suit your catering needs. Lastly we have over 30 years experience in the culinary and event industry and believe that every detail matters from concept to plate.
