Before your wedding day even arrives, coordinators may offer you invaluable knowledge, vendor recommendations, work with you to build a timeline for the big day, and offer design and financial guidance. A coordinator will confirm your vendors in the last month before your event, oversee your rehearsal, and be your point of contact on your wedding day so you and your family can have a stress-free day! Catering managers typically control aspects of your wedding that are specifically tied to the venue (usually food and beverage). It is not their responsibility to organize you before the wedding, confirm all of your vendors, manage the rehearsal, call the musicians and wedding party, and coordinate with the DJ and photographer all night to keep to your schedule. We just serve as an addition to your catering manager, and we all collaborate to make your wedding a success.
