Especially For You Floral

Art has always been a love of mine, and I've been a practicing artist for much of my life. After attending college and majoring in painting, drawing, printing, and ceramics, I discovered my true calling in floristry. Since then, I've taken many elements of my prior artistic endeavors and incorporated them into my floral design work as well. My favorite thing to do is take classic arrangements, such as a dozen roses, and turn them into jaw-dropping masterpieces. Weddings are among my favorite events. From the first consultation to the last dance, I absolutely adore the process of turning all of the ideas into a tangible reality. Aside from being a certified florist in the state of Louisiana, I also serve as President of the Louisiana State Florist Association, a board member of the Southern Chapter of the American Institute of Floral Designers, and an active member of the Tangipahoa Professional Women's Organization. I have received numerous awards, including first place in floral design, two first place awards for Peoples Choice in floral design, and the designation of FTD Master Florist, which I received in August 2015. My participation in the Arkansas Mid America Floral Competition was my opportunity to represent the wonderful state of Louisiana. After passing the American Institute of Floral Designers' test in June 2015, I was awarded the renowned Certified Floral Designer accreditation. I was officially initiated into the AIFD in July 2016 in Anaheim, California, where I was recognized as a fully accredited member of the organization. Florist Review magazine named me one of the "Top 35 Under 35" in the United States in August of this year, which was a great honor for me. In March of 2018, I was awarded the prestigious Jim Johnson Cup, which will allow me to compete in the Gateway to Americas Cup in Orlando, where I will be representing the United States. We are a full service florist that is family owned and run. We specialize in weddings, sympathy arrangements, corporate events, and everyday florals. We take great pride in changing traditional arrangements into visually stunning designs for our clients.
