Events with Evan strives on attention to detail. Hire us for any event that needs a special touch to bring your vision to life! Our experience extends from weddings, baby/bridal showers, overnight trips/vacations, special cause events, fundraisers and charity events, to conferences, and birthday, anniversary, holiday, and grand opening parties. We look forward to hearing from you to discuss your dream event more! **IMPORTANT: Events with Evan is NOT a budget event management company. Our standards, quality, attention to detail, and the time we invest making ourselves available to your every need are designed to create an above-average experience. That said, our order minimum is $4,000. If your budget is lower than this, please do not contact us.** **PLEASE READ: Events with Evan serves the greater NY area (including all NYC boroughs, NJ, as well as Long Island and the Hamptons areas). If you are outside of these areas and need setup, decorating, day-of coordination, centerpieces, or breakdown, unfortunately, we are not able to support your event as those cannot be done remotely.**
