Preparing for a Wedding Your wedding is the most important day of your life. EZEVENTS has over 20 years of experience and is dedicated to making your special day even more memorable. We offer cheap rates and collaborate with the greatest vendors and venues in the New York area, ensuring that your event will be one to remember. PLATINUM This is your "Soup to Nuts" package, which includes everything. This covers assistance with all pre-wedding preparations, coordination of the venue and vendors, coordination of the rehearsal dinner, and coordination on the wedding day. Assist with the planning, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day itself. There are eight visits scheduled before the wedding date to finalize the arrangements of the event (12 hrs total). Wedding planning appointments begin as early as six months before the wedding date and continue until the day of the wedding. Assisting in the selection of a location for both the ceremony and reception GOLD This is your package for the Medium Range. Among the services provided are limited support with pre-wedding planning, complete rehearsal coordination, and day-of-wedding coordination. SILVER Coordination on the day of the wedding. Advice on how to proceed with the wedding planning is provided at no charge.
