Fête Studio is a private event photo sharing and live photo wall platform designed for weddings, private parties, venues, corporate events and brand activations. Guests simply scan a QR code, open the camera in their browser, and start adding photos - no guest app download, account or password required. Organisers stay fully in control, with real-time moderation, featured photos, gallery release settings and a LIVE photo wall that can display approved moments throughout the event. After the event, Fête creates a private gallery of approved photos, giving guests and hosts an easy way to relive the occasion while keeping everything curated and controlled. Built with live events in mind, Fête helps planners, venues and hosts collect guest perspectives without chasing WhatsApp groups, shared albums or social media tags. - What is Fête Studio?
- Fête Studio is a private wedding photo sharing app with a live photo wall. Guests upload photos by QR code, while you control what appears in the gallery and on screen.
- How do guests join to take photos?
- Guests simply scan your wedding QR code or open your guest link. They can take and upload photos from their browser - no app download, account or password required.
- Can we use the gallery as a live photo wall?
- Yes. Approved or featured guest photos can appear on a live photo wall during your wedding. You can choose to show all approved photos or only featured favourites. You can ad filters such as retro or mono, to suit the theme of your event.
- How much does it cost?
- Fête is priced per event based on guest capacity. Plans start at $19 for smaller weddings and parties, with larger tiers available for bigger celebrations for up to 500 people.
- What happens after the event?
- You can release a private gallery for guests, approve and feature the best photos, download selected images, or export all of your guests photos as a ZIP file. Standard gallery access is included for 30 days after the event.
