THE OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK Although it is referred to as a boutique, a cafe, and a flower shop with donuts, what The Flowerboy Project truly represents is an exploration of individual shades of color as well as a montage of preferences. Flowers have been used as a means of communication since the Victorian era. Perennial notes were used to deliver declarations of love and war, both metaphorically and literally. While we strive for more romance than conflict, Flowerboy creates a space that is alive with expression, whether it's a shout, a whisper, or anything in between, and it does so in a playful way. With an eclectic mix of local and imported goods, Flowerboy's shelves and the countertops of its cafe are more than just decorations or adornments; they are an invitation, a taunt, and a challenge to articulate style and authenticity in one's own way. What makes the Flowerboy Project so special is that its childlike wonder and artistic edge have transcended its physical boundaries to become a phrase, a scent, a fashion, a cuisine, an emotion as well as an intoxicating sense of knowing that there is something more to this world than what meets the eye.
