For Love of Love is a boutique wedding planning and design studio that specializes in providing full-service event planning and creative direction for weddings and special events in the greater Philadelphia area. From our storefront studio in Richmond, Virginia, we provide Full Planning & Event Design, Partial Planning, Month of Management, and Event Design services to clients throughout the United States and around the world. Comprehensive event planning and creative direction from the time of your engagement to your wedding day is what Full Planning & Design is all about. This all-inclusive service provides couples with strategic management of complex wedding logistics, a structured planning framework with a refined, approachable system for meeting deadlines, oversight of budget allocations and financial balances, appropriate vendor recommendations, and onsite coordination of wedding weekend events, among other benefits. Our team will assist you in every step of the planning process, from selecting the ideal venue to building your curated vendor team that fits both your aesthetic and your budget. As part of our comprehensive event planning services, we also provide sophisticated creative direction and thoughtful onsite styling. We'll narrow in on specific themes and repeating elements that inspire you to create a detailed design presentation that will guide us through floral planning, tabletop and event rental selections, stationery design, lighting plans, and personal touches. Month of Planning is the best option if you have completed the majority of your wedding planning but want to detach yourself from the details in the final weeks leading up to your big day. After 30 days, we take over all communication with your vendors, conduct a final walk-through at the venue, finalize your planning and day-of details, create your wedding weekend timeline, and ensure that all of your logistics and plans have been confirmed with your vendor team. With this package, we will be able to make appropriate vendor recommendations and answer any etiquette questions that may arise. In addition, we can create customized Partial Planning packages to meet your specific requirements. On the day of the wedding, our team is in charge of all logistical details and serves as the primary point of contact for your vendors. In addition, we set up and style your personal decor and paper goods, assist guests in transitioning from one event to another, and coordinate important events such as the ceremony processional, family and wedding party photos, special reception dances, toasts, and the cutting of the cake. We will supervise the breakdown of your vendors at the end of the night and send you home with your personal belongings and gifts.
