Colleen Boland is the owner of Fresh Food Catering and has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including private country clubs, hotels, fine dining, and higher education. She began her work at the Essex County Club, where she formed lifelong friendships on the North Shore. Colleen subsequently worked at Starwood Hotels for many years, studying all areas of the hotel industry and planning events for Fortune 500 companies and MLB teams from all over the country. Emerson College approached her with an offer to work as their Catering Director, planning Commencement Receptions, Open Houses, and dinners at the President's house under both ARAMARK and Sodexo food services. Colleen knows what actually drives client interactions, exceeds customer expectations, and makes her guests happy as a consequence of her rich background. With each new event, her tremendous passion for excellent customer service, innovative vision, and colorful personality fuels her drive.
