Fresh Food Further Catering

A childhood spent in Europe Chef Andrea has developed a newfound appreciation for the natural state of many ingredients. She learned at an early age how to prepare the best ingredients in the simplest ways possible in order to create delicious meals by growing fresh fruits and vegetables at home and also by raising animals. Chef Andrea had the good fortune to learn from some of the world's most skilled and influential chefs after she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. During her time working as a private chef and assisting clients with upscale weddings and catering events, she developed the skills necessary to utilize every bit of an ingredient in a creative manner. This helped her further cultivate the importance of working with local ingredients and gave her the inspiration to further cultivate the importance of working with local ingredients. Her early years are still reflected in Chef Andrea's guiding philosophy, which is to respect each ingredient while using traditional techniques to transform food into something that is truly original.
