We have an efficient process in place for figuring out how to best fit your needs: 1. You submit an inquiry via the Funky Fresh website 2. We discuss your desired taste profile in depth; what are you hoping for in terms of flavors on your big day, and how can Funky Fresh make them happen? 3. You’ll receive a rough draft summary of the dishes we’ve planned out for you. 4. We call to discuss any changes you want to make, and get you in for a tasting to make sure everything fits the bill. Funky Fresh is owned and operated by husband/wife duo John Oliver and Pam. Pam left her job in stocks and bonds in 2017 to work full-time for Funky Fresh. Today, the catering company is thriving with a spacious kitchen and showroom and a successful Funky Fresh food truck. As the couple would say, follow your heart and the rest will take care of itself.
