In 2016, Nichole Bazzani launched her catering business. She relished the challenge of developing excellent menus to fulfill the demands of her customers. Menus became increasingly complex as her catering business grew, so she hired the expertise of Sidana Sun. Her catering business grew in popularity. Nichole wanted to expand on her passion for tablescapes after a few years, and this was just what Nichole and Sidana were looking for. Nichole Bazzani and Sidana Sun started Gather & Graze Events in Aubrey, TX, three years later. They are not just business partners, but also relatives. With eight children between them, both families spend a lot of time together. When the family has a special event, both are in charge of planning the food and bringing everything together. "Let's keep it simple yet with wonderful variation," the two mothers said, combining their passions for cuisine and design. Rather than hovering over food trays to ensure there was enough to eat, they were able to spend more time with their relatives and friends, creating new memories at each meeting. Gather & Graze Events was born from the motto they use so often at their family gatherings.
