Our gelato is churned at a slower rate than ice cream, resulting in less air being retained. This gives it a silky texture and allows the flavors to stand out. Is it possible to have cocktail hour outside and dessert inside? That is something we can accomplish. With our gelato cart or gelato bar, we can serve anywhere from 100 to 1000 people. To make a complete dessert bar, including fruit toppings and waffle cones. Everyone enjoys getting on their bikes and taking pictures. Did we mention that Texas wine pops are a thing? They add a lighthearted aspect to your event! We can serve gelato and wine pops together in the cart so that guests of all ages can enjoy a wonderful dessert that is appropriate for their age.
