Golden Arts and Culture

Our large, open-concept loft space is located on the 14th floor of the historic Nelson Building in the heart of the Garment District. We are a 5 minute walk from Bryant Park, Times Square, and Penn Station. The total rental space is 3,800 square feet with a capacity of 200 people. The interior of the space has blank white walls, wood flooring, and is equipped with a sound system and gallery lighting. Custom artwork installation is also available upon request.
