Hallie Jane's Catering

To raise her family in a community that provided all the advantages of small-town America, Hallie relocated from the northeast to Madison 25 years ago. Hallie acquired a background in cooking from years of dining in the New York metropolitan region and traveling overseas, where she developed a passion for cuisine from all around the world. After starting her catering business, she began looking for potential sites for her upcoming project—a venue. Hallie believed that Empire Mills would be a step in the right direction because she had worked in the catering sector for many years and had accumulated a significant amount of information and experience surrounding weddings and events. Before she bought the 17,000 square foot facility in 2012 and started the two-phase restoration project, Empire Mills had lain abandoned since the 1970s. At Hallie Jane's, our motto for catering is "simple and delicious." Due to this, the cost of food is determined by the number of guests and includes all flatware, china, glassware, and napkins required for that menu. Prices include the required chafers and garnished serving trays. If delivered three days before the event, we will also use the customer's components.
