Our signature services include Wedding Planning, Design, Coordination, and Photography. We have completed over 400 weddings across the state of Hawai‘i and have a 100% positive feedback rate. Since I created Hawaii-Day in 2010, our teammates and I have been planned and coordinated over 400 weddings in Hawaii (and also mainland U.S). Over the years, we have created wonderful relationships with many talented vendors in the wedding industry. Our service starts with scouting for the best possible venue based on your style preference, guest count, and budget. Choosing the right venue is critical yet is very difficult if you are planning a destination wedding. We explain the pros and cons of each venue and how you need to budget differently depending on the venue. We are proud of us having the ability to provide 100% custom draw design to clients, before they start to order any rental/decoration items, as well as booking the florist too. This helps client to envision their wedding day far easier than just seeing some online samples and couple invoices from the vendors too. We also create the best possible detailed timeline of the event considering locations, hair & makeup, transportation, photo shoot, ceremony order, reception programs, and sunset time. Transparent communication is the key of making a beautiful and memorable wedding day. Months before the wedding day, we work directly with the venue and all vendors as a liaison to coordinate every single detail to turn your vision into a reality. We make sure your event will look cohesive and tasteful. We take over all the heavy communication work and try to eliminate unnecessary communications for you and the vendors, so you can focus on planning with us in ease. On your wedding day, Team Hawaii-Day (a team of 2-4) will be on site, making sure your event is set up accurately as planned and it runs smoothly and timely from beginning to end, handle any last-minute issues. We will stay close by you to make sure you feel comfortable and look fabulous throughout the day so that you and your friends & family can simply relax and enjoy your special day!
