About Heirloom Cuisine, LLC
Heirloom Cuisine focuses on fine dining for intimate gatherings or lavish performances. Multi-regional cuisine is a specialization of chef Jason Roland. At the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, he received traditional training. For eight years, he served as executive banquet chef at the Windsor Court Hotel, which was named the best hotel in the world in 1998. Additionally, he held employment in New Orleans at Mr. B's Bistro, Muriel's in Jackson Square, and Beau Chene Country Club. Heirloom's event manager, Caryn Roland, has planned and catered innumerable weddings. Years later, after working as a wedding organizer at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, she moved on to other 4 and 5-star locations, such as the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, the Hotel Viking in Newport, RI, and LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. Caryn goes to great efforts to ensure that every aspect has been planned out beforehand. She raises the bar for professionalism and goes above and beyond the call of duty for a "caterer" to make sure the occasion is faultless.
