Hello Gem Events, situated in Long Beach, California, is a full-service event production and flower design firm. Chelsea Kline and Christy Thiessen honed their creative palettes in different aspects of Americana: Chelsea in the sunny effortless cool of Southern California, and Christy in the sweet southern romance of Georgia; but when their paths crossed at a balmy summer BBQ, their aesthetics were in perfect harmony. It's absolutely stunning, but it's never stuffy. It's layered and fun, but it's always well-curated. Elegant, glistening, and finished, but handcrafted with care. Hello Gem creates cheerily amazing events with a truly individualized quality, each with a degree of the arts, over 10 years of experience, and an in-house team of very bright creative types. Day-of Coordination It's practically hard to plan your own wedding. The Hello Gem team will ensure that your wedding is performed according to your vision and will serve as your primary point of contact with all of your vendors during the month leading up to your wedding. On the day of your wedding, we will handle all of the details. We design a detailed timeline, ensure that all of your providers are on the same page, and ensure that your wedding day runs well. Day Of + Design Consulting Not only will Hello Gem arrange your big day, but we'll also work closely with you to establish a design idea and all the elements that reflect your style to wow your guests with the Day Of + Design Consulting package. We produce practically every detail in-house, but we can assist you in finding the rest of the components you require. We can also propose fantastic vendors, create a layout, and help you stick to your budget. On your wedding day, we'll style everything and execute your idea flawlessly. All Inclusive Planning Are you completely overwhelmed by the prospect of organizing your ideal wedding? With the All-Inclusive plan, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your engagement while we handle the rest of your wedding with your vision in mind. We create the entire day for you based on your style, vision, and budget. All vendors will be secured and coordinated by us. This package also covers comprehensive event coordination and design. Paper Goods + Decor Invitations, programs, seating charts, wacky creative art installations...you name it, we can design and create whatever to suit your personalities as a couple!
