If you believe in celebrating life, we would love to assist you in planning your celebrations. The Process The Hughes Design Process is about creating a custom look for your wedding or event. We use your wedding colors, theme and inspiration to create something that is truly you! 1: Fill out the contact form with your wedding or event details. 2. We will contact you to discuss the general details of your event, such as color and flower preferences, the number of people expected to attend, and so forth. 3. Plan a one-hour video conference call with the client in Step 3. After an hour, we will present you with a proposal for your event, which will include a quote for the design elements you request. 4. If you are satisfied with the proposal, a contract will be drawn up for your consideration. A signed contract, as well as a 25% retainer, will secure the date for your wedding or other special occasion. 5: One month before your wedding/event, final payment is due. 6: The BIG day is here! Your beautiful designs will be delivered and set-up if applicable.
