Hi! I'm Jaclyn, and I'm the owner of Jaclyn Zorene Event planning. I'm a certified wedding planner. My professional background is in engineering, but I've been working in the wedding industry for more than three years. Whenever I was a kid, one of my favorite things to do was to turn an idea or dream into a reality, whether it was planning a birthday party for a friend or coordinating the logistics for a university fundraiser. I still have that same passion today! In 2018, I put my abilities as a coordinator to the test when I decided to host an outdoor tent wedding reception for 250 guests in the backyard of my parent's house. This was the greatest accomplishment I've had to this point in my life. You can imagine that the thought of pulling off such an event was rare and far between when you were growing up in a small suburban area of Cleveland, Ohio like where I did. When my husband and I came to the conclusion that we wanted to hold a garden reception in our backyard, I didn't look back and I made sure to enjoy every moment of the planning process that followed. I knew that if I was able to successfully navigate vendor coordination, tent layout and design, logistical considerations, and budgeting, then I would have the perfect opportunity to bring my wedding dreams to life. Even though I had every detail planned out, I knew that the only way to guarantee perfect execution of my vision and give me peace of mind was to enlist the assistance of a Day-of Coordinator. Naturally, I encountered a few stressors along the way, so even though I had everything planned out, I knew that enlisting the assistance of a Day-of Coordinator was the only way to guarantee perfect execution. Let's fast forward to the 8th of September in 2018, and I have to tell you, that day was the Best. Day. Ever!! Everything that I (along with the assistance of my husband and family, of course!) had spent countless hours coordinating over the course of the previous year fell into place, resulting in the most magical day possible.
